A Health Coach is highly trained to address all of the hurdles you might encounter on your way. Whether you struggle with meal planning, recipes, mental roadblocks, or just need someone to talk through your strategies, a health coaching is an important tool for achieving success.

Recipes and Meal Planning

Need recipes that meet your specific calorie and nutrition goals? Need help planning your meals for the week? Your Senara Health Coach is the go to resource. They can even help you alter a favorite recipe to meet your dietary guidelines. Weekly shopping lists, navigating meal planning, working around food sensitivities or restrictions, you name it. They can help you figure out the foods that will keep you satisfied and on track.

Motivation and Support

You will always have a cheerleader by your side with One-on-One Health Coaching. If you encounter mental roadblocks, struggle with staying focused, or have any other challenge along the way, your Senara Health Coach will help you work through it. One-on-one coaching includes access via email and phone throughout the duration of your program. We’re here for you, ready to listen, celebrate, and advise every step of the way.

Weekly Check-Ins

Important to any weight loss plan, a weekly check-in with your Coach will ensure your weight loss is healthy, consistent, and on target with your goals. We will take your weight and measurements at routine intervals to track results, and will discuss your food diary to keep you accountable. These weekly sessions also serve to identify if we need to alter your Medical Weight Loss Plan to improve results.
