Your Yoga Studio

We have a dedicated studio at Senara that was designed specifically for you and other members of our community to learn, practice, and enjoy many types of yoga, as well as Taiji and other wellness activities. It is our mission to enhance your practice, and ultimately your life, through every experience in our calming studio.

In addition to the 15+ yoga classes scheduled each week at Senara, our caring and qualified instructors also offer private classes, and private class parties for adults and children. A private class is a perfect way to introduce yourself to yoga, advance your practice, or simply spend time with a group of people you enjoy.  Contact Kirsten Hedden, Director of Yoga at kirstenh@experiencesenara.com to book a private session.

We update the class schedule monthly, so you'll want to check the calendar often. We also post information about special events and workshops so you can save the date and sign-up for your favorites.
