Kids Love Senara Too

To help you relax completely during each visit to Senara, for up to two hours, we take the kids off your mind with our on-site, free child care. From books and movies to video games and a special craft project each month, children of all ages enjoy Senara's various age-appropriate activities, and the healthy snacks. 

Childcare hours are available based on our monthly Yoga schedule, with the exception of Tuesday mornings, Wednesday nights, and Saturdays when the children's lounge is closed. Please call the office to confirm that childcare is available during your scheduled appointment time.

Complimentary Childcare Hours:

Monday: 8:45am-1:00pm; 3:45pm-8:15pm
Tuesday: 3:45pm-8:15pm*
Wednesday: 8:45am-1:00pm; 3:45pm-5:30pm
Thursday: 8:45am-11:00am; 3:45pm-8:15pm
Friday: 8:45am-1:00pm

Please note, Childcare will be unavailable the morning of Thursday May 16th. Childcare will be closed the week of June 24-28.
